Presentation

An old slapdash carriage is transformed into a trailer, a house, a stage, a kitchen, a dormitory, and many other things. It arrives from who knows where and sets up to spend the night. Six people with different backgrounds and different personalities live together in this microscopic space.

They live a different life, marginalized, with the streets and roads as their playground and their journey as their guiding force.

Along their travels, they find all sorts of objects that have been broken or abandoned. They repair them, they transform them, they give them a second life.

Each one of them is an indispensable member of the family and together they are the cogs and gears of an infernal machine that they have created themselves to 'simplify life'.

Each task is a collective undertaking, but they have their own unique way of accomplishing their work, an offbeat, complex, ritual that appears logical...at least in their eyes!

Is this perhaps some sort of poetic and comical dream? Or a wry and incredulous perspective on our all-devouring consumer society...!

What remains is a type of voyage that takes place within the confines of daily life, a voyage that addresses sensitive subjects with a delicate touch and inspires us to reconsider our ways of living together.
