The show 23 fragments de ces derniers jours [23 fragments of these final days] was created in Brazil and France and it features six circus artists and dancers, six luminous personalities who slice up time and then put the pieces back together again. The group includes a fakir, a trapeze artist, an ex-gymnast, and frevo and funk dancers, and together they wonder how to clean up the debris of the present. How to find the switch for the future because it is up to them to turn on the light. How to find the heroic strength to celebrate the growing number of problems that are also precursors to an equally large number of solutions. How to be optimistic in a stubborn way, how to transform enchantment into hope.

*Circography, noun. (a neologism created by Maroussia Diaz Verbèke in 2015; open source) The specific writing or staging of a circus show. Verb form: to circograph (also means "let's go crazy" in north Brazilian jargon, but that's a coincidence).
"A desperate cry of love for objects."

Maroussia Diaz Verbeke is a circographer (a neologism of her own invention), a director, and a rope acrobat. Since the beginning of her career, she has been meeting and filming people who she discovers have a link with the circus. In 2015, she creatred the company Troisième cirque, then developed Circus Remix, a solo show in the form of a manifesto. She served as the circographer for the show 23 Fragments de ces derniers jours with the Brazilian company Instrumento De Ver. Above all else, she prefers to explore how the circus is a language in itself.
