Poil de la Bête [Hair of the Beast] is the natural continuation of the work of the Compagnie des Plumés. In this new opus, Diane Dugard and Juan Cocho invite a flock of ducks and a pianist on stage to accompany their hens and their dogs. Inspired by the work of sheepdogs and based on respect for the communication and intelligence of animals, a ballet takes shape where the trajectories of each living creature on stage will emerge as different ways of existing in the world.

"A thrilling show."
– France Inter
Diane Dugard and Juan Cocho have been working on stage with their chickens and dogs for more than ten years. The aerialist and the writer-actor seek to create new stage experiences that highlight the ties that bind them to their animals. Their shows are a cross between clowning, theater, and circus, and are intended for all audiences.
