By mischievously contorting the life of a couple and all of its familiar situations and everyday objects, these eight acrobats and the four musicians offer an explosive show that blends acrobatic lifts, live music, and breathtaking trapeze acts.
With Dans ton coeur [In Your Heart], a couple’s everyday life gets out of hand, and banal situations give rise to outrageous acrobatics. The first meeting, it’s love at first sight. Then, once the exaltation and passion dwindle, routine settles in, and arguments break out. This is how life goes… Refrigerators sway, washing machines are passed from hand to hand, and the bathtub flies into the air. Daily life is a panic, and everything is running amok in this acrobatic and joyfully communicative hullabaloo.
The artists of AKOREACRO intertwine familiar gestures with the most incredible pirouettes and transform the littlest movement into sublime and madcap feats. Played out under their red and white big top, this zany inventory of our human foibles is a show to enjoy with the entire family!
