Presentation

An aerial duo, a musician, and an innovative quadridirectional rigging. In a confined musical and aerial huis setting, the trio explores the complexity of human relationships with humor, rage, and tenderness. This poetic and grating show merges acrobatics and reversals of fortune... Or sometimes it doesn't. Tendre & cruel is the adaptation of La vie tendre et cruelle des animaux sauvages, the first show produced by the company in 2011.

Biography

A graduate of the CNAC national circus arts center, Audrey Louwet co-founded the Compagnie Azeïn in 2010 with Sam Hannes. Since 2014, she has been the artistic director of the company. She uses an acrobatic language that is at the crossroads of circus, theater, dance, and music to explore the multiple possibilities of duet acrobatics.
