Colokolo des Arts de la Rue is an association founded in 2013 that brings together circus artists from the École Nationale de Cirque Shems’y, construction technicians and young professionals from the world of live entertainment. All are passionate about working in the public space and share this passion with the public. 

Based in the old slaughterhouses of Casablanca, the Colokolo association opened its own workspace: the "LABO", a space for creation, transmission, artistic residencies, exchange, and performances dedicated to circus and street arts. Drawing from its artists' multidisciplinary talents, Colokolo summons the arts in an original and unprecedented way, from circus to dance, from theater to the development of a Moroccan live performance identity. Thus, the artists of the Cie Colokolo created their first show, the moving and poetic Qahwa Noss Noss, in 2013. Their second circus show, entitled Derby, was created in 2015.
